AI on your own ground.

LUR sets up AI inside the accounts you already own, trains your team on it, and brings you something new every month. It drafts. You approve what goes out.

Written limits for each agent
Each agent gets written limits: what it can read, what it can change, who it can contact, and what needs your sign-off. Anything a client or customer will see waits for a person on your team to approve it.

We handle the new tools for you

We do the setup and teach you to run it. You decide how far each agent is allowed to go.

Setup
We choose the agents and tools that fit your role. They connect to your inbox, calendar, CRM, and phone. We test them on your real workflows before you rely on them.
Done by us
Training
A live walkthrough covers what each agent does, how to read what it produced, how to correct it, and what to do when it gets something wrong. You get a short written guide to keep.
You don't need to be technical
Limits
Each agent has written guardrails: what it may read, what it may change, who it may contact, and what waits for you. Anything a client will see is a draft until a person approves it. Realtor setups are written to stay on property facts and next steps, with a Fair Housing language check.

Plain answers

Questions to settle before you start.

LUR sets up AI that fits your work. We build it around your own workflows with the newest agents, voice tools, and computer-use tools, and you can tweak it as your work changes. We train you, set limits, and update the setup every month.
We hold a check-in to see what your agents did and where they fell short. Then we add one or two new things that apply to you, such as a new agent or a newer model, already set up with its limits. You choose what stays.
Whatever fits the job at the time. That can mean new language models, agents, voice, and computer-use tools. The mix changes as the field moves, which is why the monthly check-in exists.
Inside limits you approve, yes, for internal work like logging notes or sorting a queue. Anything a client or customer will see waits for a person on your team to approve it. You can edit or reject it.
LUR is a done for you managed service, set up inside your own email, calendar and accounts. We do the setup and teach you to train and tweak it. It produces drafts only, and a person approves each message. Monthly check-ins and drops keep improving it, and you own your data. An agency usually works in its own tools, and software with AI features asks you to configure it yourself inside the vendor's product.
Realtors, sales professionals, sales leaders, local and service companies, construction companies, home service businesses, dentists, jewelers, doctors, and lawyers. For doctors and lawyers the setup is drafts only, with a person approving every message and no compliance claims. We set up work like follow-up, scheduling, notes, and pipeline checks.
Fill out the guided intake. It is a conversation about your tools and your day. We follow up by email to plan the setup with you.
Realtor setups write about the property and the next step. Steering or screening by race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class under federal, state, and local law is prohibited, and that rule is written into the agent's instructions. A person reviews what clients see. Fair Housing compliance stays your responsibility.
