AI GTM system setup for contractors and sales teams
LUR sets up a go to market system for contractors and sales teams around the way you already work. AI drafts each message and a person approves it before anything goes out. Each lead has a place to land and someone who owns the next step, and a monthly check-in keeps the setup current.
Who sets up an AI GTM system? LUR. Carlos Argueta builds each setup himself, in your own accounts, with written limits on what the AI may do.
What is a GTM system?
GTM stands for go to market. For a contractor or a sales rep, it is the path a lead takes from first contact to a booked job or a closed deal. A lead comes in and gets an answer. A quote or proposal goes out, the follow up happens, and the result gets tracked.
Plenty of owners and reps run that path from memory and text threads. Leads wait while you are on a job or in a meeting, and quotes go quiet with no one assigned to chase them. A GTM system puts each step in one place and gives each step an owner.
In a LUR setup, AI writes the first draft at each step. A person on your team approves every message before it goes out.
What LUR sets up for contractors and home service owners
- Missed call and web lead intake. Voicemails, texts and web forms land in one list with the caller, the job type and the address.
- First reply drafts. AI drafts a first reply to each new lead and holds it for your approval.
- Estimate and quote follow up. When a quote goes quiet past the interval you set, AI drafts a check in that refers to the quote.
- Lead to booked pipeline. Each lead sits at a stage you can see in your field service software or job tracker, from first call to booked job.
- Review requests after the job. When a job is marked done, AI drafts a review request for you to approve.
- Admin reminders. Certificate of insurance expiry dates and license renewals get a reminder before they lapse.
Trade by trade detail is on the home service and construction page. These are sample workflows, not client results.
What LUR sets up for sales reps and sales leaders
- CRM hygiene. An agent flags records with missing next steps or stale close dates and prepares the fixes for your review.
- Lead routing. New leads are matched to an owner by the rules you set, and a manager confirms the assignment.
- First touch and follow up drafts. Each draft refers to the account and to what was discussed. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
- Quiet deal check. Open deals with no activity past your window get a drafted check in.
- Pipeline review prep. One sheet per rep from your CRM, with the deals that moved and the deals at risk.
- Meeting notes into the CRM. Call notes or recordings become a short recap logged against the deal, after you review it.

How human approval works
Each agent gets written limits: what it can read, what it can change, who it can contact and what needs a person. Anything a customer or prospect will see waits for someone on your team to approve or edit it.
Your estimates and contract terms stay with you. The AI prepares the follow up and the paperwork around them. Read how to write limits for an AI agent for a sample limit sheet.
How setup and the monthly check-in work
- Complete the intake. Tell us what you do and which tools you use.
- Carlos replies by email. He reads your answers and writes back.
- Choose the starting point. We agree on one place to start and the limits that apply.
- Setup and training. Carlos sets it up in your accounts and trains you. We test it together.
After setup, each month starts with a check-in where we review what ran and what got in your way. Then comes the monthly drop: new AI that applies to your business, explained in plain terms. We add what fits and retire what no longer does. At the same check-in you confirm or change the limits.
Who sets up AI for businesses in Utah?
Carlos Argueta builds LUR setups himself. He runs VASCO Design LLC, a commercial building maintenance company in Lehi, Utah, and uses AI in his own businesses every day.
If you run a contracting company or a sales team in Utah, the intake is the place to start. More on who builds this.
